About Us

Providing a Circle of Support for Autism Families

COS supports over 1,000 local families of autistic children, making us the largest parent-led autism group in the northwest of Ireland. We work closely with the Western Health and Social Care Trust, the local ASD service, and a wide network of community and voluntary organisations to ensure that families receive the advocacy, information, and assistance they need.

Our success is built on families working together to ensure that no one feels isolated, and that every child is given the opportunity to thrive.

Our Centre

The COS Centre is a purpose-built community hub, thoughtfully designed to be child- and family-centred. It provides a welcoming, inclusive space where individuals of all ages and abilities on the autism spectrum can access meaningful support and services. It is a vibrant meeting place where families can come together, connect, and support one another.
